If for any reasons you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, we kindly invite you to our Return & Refund Policy page. Here you can find out more about how we refund products.
Note: All products are available for a refund at certain times. They may not be available all the time.
Are you eligible for a refund?
- Refunds are available only 7 days after the product was delivered. We track orders to the point of delivery confirming the arrival to our customers.
- The product must be returned in the exact state that it was delivered in well protected in the parcel.
- After you have requested a refund, we will let you know if the product is available for a refund or not. If you have requested a refund before and it was not available for a refund, you may try again 2 weeks later. We will confirm your first refund attempt and let you know if you are eligible for a refund
How to request a refund
- We are sorry for the inconvenience and about the reason you are refunding your product
NOTE: There is no direct refund button available on our website. If you want to request a refund, you will have to contact us directly and we will discuss with out customers the reasons for refund and the product they are trying to refund.
- Depending on the product fees may apply to refunds. These fees are not clear as they may vary from time to time depending on the products too. Before the request for the refund is initiated we will inform you about the fees.

Next copy our email and send us an email from your desired application.
What you must include in your email: You MUST state what you are contacting us about. Example: ''Refund Request'' as an email title. Following that please state the product that you are trying to refund and we will get in touch with you within the next 24 hours.
Product not delivered
- Make sure first that you know your order has not been delivered to you by tracking your order with the given code after checkout if possible.
- How to find tracking number? Your tracking number should have been emailed to you via confirmation email after a few hours of ordering your product.
- If you cant find your tracking number please contact us at trythehubspot@gmail.com and request your tracking number by confirming your email address as well as your delivery address.
If you have done these steps and you have confirmed your product has not been delivered to you. Contact us immediately at trythehubspot@gmail.com and state your issue and we will get it sorted for you as soon as possible.
